of SJ Teams 2008
There will be a League held over
three nights to determine the make up of our U14 & Intermediate
Show Jumping Teams of 4 to go to the Area 1. Qualifier this year
hosted by Carlow PC on 24th July.
The nights will be Friday 27th & Monday 30th June and Thursday
3rd July.
Rules for this League are extremely simple:

ONE Pony & ONE Named Member per
Entry

One entry only per night (i.e.
no warm up rounds on a different pony)

Points obtained and accumulated
against your performance each night

First two nights is a Double
Round
-
Final Night is Double Round &
if Double Clear then JUMP OFF against clock
If your Pony becomes unfit you can
enter another pony for the remaining nights but no scores
obtained can be transferred.
Please note that we appreciate some members may not be able to
attend the League due to Exam commitments etc. This does not bar
you from being included on a Team if deemed experienced enough
but you will be added to the bottom of the order of merit. It is
not compulsory to attend all three nights.
Team positions and make up will be as per League Result (i.e.
Positions 1 - 4 is first team, 5 - 8 is second as so forth)
After Teams are determined then training will be given during
Camp & the week after Camp.
The Qualifier takes place on 24th July in Carlow.
If any of our Teams qualify out of Carlow they go on to
represent our Club at IPC Championships being held in Stradbally
on 30 / 31st July. |
