Please see attached the Application Form for the International Fox Hunting Exchange to the United States in October 2015.
It is difficult to cost the trip exactly but it will be in the region of €2,000 (fare, extra insurance needed, land fees charged by the US Pony Club, IPC jackets etc.).
Teams and chaperones will begin their stay with Pony Club or Iroquois Hunt host families if possible. If not, teams and chaperones will be staying at Bluegrass Christian Camp in the heart of Iroquois Hunt territory. During the second half of the exchange, members and chaperones will stay at Shakertown Village, a historical community adjacent to Woodford’s kennels and hunt territory. Transportation will be provided by a commercial service or host families and hunt horses will be hired from local Pony Club families and Hunt families.
Completed application forms must be returned to the IPC Office by Friday 8th May.
