Here are the heat and lane times for Sunday’s Fun Minimus and Tetrathlon
Please note swimming timetable:

Please be changed and at poolside at the correct time for your warm up session. If you miss your session you will not have a chance to warm up later before you swim. If you are late for your heat you may not be able to swim as we have the use of the pool for a limited time only.
Run/ ride numbers will be handed out to branch representatives at Coral Leisure on registration.
When you have completed your swim please go straight to Tinahely Riding Club (Directions to Coolboy travel time approx 1 hour).
Tetrathlon running will commence at 11.30am. Minimus running will follow from 12.00 noon. You do not have to run in number order, just line up and go when you are ready.
We are aiming to start the cross country riding at approximately 1.30 pm at 1 minute intervals in numerical order starting with Tetrathlon, then Minimus and Over 12s.
Pairs competitions (entries on the day) will be run off at the end of the day after all Tetrathlon and Minimus competitors have completed cross country.
