The Wicklow Pony Club end of year Gymkhana will be held in Boswell on Saturday August 22nd. Classes will start in the top arena at 10:00am with X-poles and Minus-Mini. The winner of the Minus-Mini League will be presented with the Dodd Cup. Fancy Dress, Style & Appearance and Obedient Pony will follow in the top arena.
The main arena will start at 10:45 with the Mini class and the final of the Mini (Tonto) League followed by the Midi on the day and Midi League (Collier Cup), Maxi Grand Prix Cup and Maxi League (Vard Cup) and Super-Maxi on the day and League (Hillside Cup).
The last class is the Galligan Shield which is a fun team event. Entries are put in a hat and teams of 4 (2 large and 2 small ponies) compete with a jump-off to decide the winners.
Online entries are open until 12:00 midnight on Friday 21st so if you are declaring for a league you must do so online before the deadline. Entries can be accepted on the day for other classes.
